Bear Pond tech up and running

We helped Bear Pond Books recover hardware, software, and networking, getting things ready for business within 5 weeks after the flood. NotThe also set up a highly redundant back-up system for them to make sure they don't have issues going forward. Tech isn't our usual gig, but when friends and neighbors need help, we're here to help.
