LNT: Repair of seating platform hardware in prep for new season

Working on cleaning up the threads on seating platform leg brackets.

The brackets have been in service for 20+ years, going up and down several times over the course of a year. Over time and with many different hands, the bolts get over-tightened, the brackets get bent, and the bolts hang up on the threads.
